Her face is proportionally accurate, and most of the tones are well done. I would only suggest adding a little texture to her skin so that it doesn't look baby-smooth, and lightening up the tone between her upper lip and her nose. The dark olive shadow looks more like a mustache at first glance, and she is not physically masculine at all.
Her hair looks baby soft and I quite like that it isn't terribly detailed. It is very difficult to paint platinum blonde hair like hers. I might suggest adding some contrast to her hair (shadow) right above her fingertips to balance the painting. There is a lot of contrast on the right and in the center, so just a touch in her hair would make it feel more symmetrical.
Anatomy-wise, you did very well. Her hand looks a little awkward (aren't they the worst to draw? o.o), so I think perhaps adding a little shadow there would help. It is sitting in a weird position, and lacks a lot of important detail in hands. I'm not sure if you were referencing a photo for this, but what I suggest is to flip the portrait and reference if you have one, and look at it from a new angle. This helps to notice details you might have missed by staring too long.

You have done great, great work, and it could honestly be the best portrait of Daenerys on dA with a little tweaking. Give it a bit and come back to it with fresh eyes.
